Hi

. . . . I record with OBS at a Common FPS Value with a Constant Framerate. I was wondering if the FPS Value needed to be changed to work with MEP 2016 or the Framerate it runs at . . . .

For maximum compatibility and smooth viewing the recording should be to mp4 file format with the frame rate at 25fps minimum, 30 fps is better, higher than this should not be necessary, a higher framerate results in bigger file sizes and may crash OBS or result in dropped frames, especially when recording to the mp4 file format .

The important thing is that the recording framerate in OBS is set to constant (CFR) framerate .

In MEP the project and video export settings should match the recorded video.

This should avoid syncing errors.
