Tanya, Catooh is the MAGIX on-line resource library for effects, transitions, music tracks, etc., etc..  I think the code you have allows you to access this library and, perhaps, download some of this wholly optional content either free or, more likely, at reduced cost.

It has absolutely nothing to do with the problem you are asking for help with in your other thread!
