The stuff in the upper left hand corner just started showing up through all my clips.
What do I need to "untick"?

Not a lot of information to go on here.
It is difficult to tell from the image what data is being displayed. Can you repost the image cropped so the top left of the preview screen is readable.
Also include a screen shot of the object on the timeline cropped so that the name of the clip and any text after it is clearly legible.
Further information is required
- the source of the video?
- the format of the imported video?
- how it was imported to your computer or MEP?
- does this data show up on the imported clip when played in Media Player?
