What the best Midi to use under $1000 that is USB 2.0 (PC use) and intergrates it self with the Magix VST Instruments, I'm new to this so all the help!! would be great Thanks! :)

Yes, that was my guess. You may be confused, or simply unclear about what you're trying to ask.
MIDI is a computer control language. There are numerous components that are MIDI capable. Some are instruments and some are controllers (both hardware and software).
The question is, what EXACTLY are you looking for? Your mention of a USB connection suggests an external hardware controller of some type...but, which one? Use with VST instruments suggests a "keyboard" controller. No matter what type, you have a lot to choose from for $1000 or less.
