When click red record button fatal error comes up on the screen

Hello,

I run windows 10 22h2 and run Audio cleaning lab version 22, the software is up to date but when I click the red record button on the software the following error comes up Fatal error.

Any help would be great

@Former user Have you allowed microphone access for Audio Cleaning Lab in the Windows security settings?

Hello,

I checked the microphone and it was turned off so I turned it on and the issue was fixed.
