I'm am not interested in commercial sells, but I would like to upload to Youtube and FB.   Is this 40 dollar purchase enough for this or do I have to rebuy the pro license unlimited?  My guess is that I do have to buy the pro license unlimited, but when I read it, it was unclear and it became even more confusing as I tried to read the back and forth dialogue that is clearly being documented for all to see, and I agree with one that reading something that is derrogative can be seen by the language context, but the reader in itself is solely responsible for the attitude in which he reads it, which would mean that to use  brief, straightforward answers would serve better than being cryptic, whether intentional or not, (which would serve no purpose being that it would only bring about bad PR) and what would be the  point of that when all I wanted to know was how to upload my music to FB and Youtube and soundcloud.

The second point:  In all my music, I only use partial loops, meaning that I cut them up to get my own desired effect such as drum beats, so I have to go through all the genres in order to find the right sound and put them together like a puzzle, I do the same thing with horn, bass, strings, but in those cases I use a separate plugin in order to write my own music.  With that explanation, would I be allowed to use partial loops instead of full loops?  Again, my understanding  is that I could, in all my own musical endeavors, and as long as I buy the pro license unlimited, with this I could put them into said websites....

Is this correct?

The way I read it, right out of the box with no additional license you can post it as long as you are not paid for it. But I am sure you cannot post whole soundpool loops that others could then download. That would constitute illegal file sharing.
