When i import mp3 file i only get one long and full bar of noise

I import file via file menager and i get just noise, the music is not there, im using magix music maker 18 production suite and i run it on windows 7 ultimate

What is the bitrate and sampling frequency of the file? Does it exceed the limit of MMM (16-bit, 48kHz, I believe)? Does it exceed the capabilities of your soundcard/chip?

Note: When posting a photo, please crop the picture to only the relevent information, and sometimes you will need to increase the size of the image as well. We really can't see enough detail clearly in these full-screen shots.
