Hi

If you want free plug-ins try searching the Internet for VirtualDub plugins - many work with MEP versions up to and including MEP 2014.  They will not work with MEP 2015 because it is a 64 bit program.

Alternatively there are many which you can purchase available through the Internet such as ProDad, NewBlue, Red Giant, Pixelan and others.
