I just intalled magix music maker 17 premium but i don't have internet so I can't download the sound pockets to get more styles on the sound pool area is there a link where i could go to and dowload them from another computer?

If you got download version of MMM 17 Premium in that case you have to use update from Music maker/go to Magix website to download extra contents.

If you have registered your product, try in that case(may be not sure)use another computer sign in to Magix, go to Magix website and see if you could find out updates.
