I want to know where I can review my product so that other consumers do not get played. This is the least user-friendly and worst software I've ever spent my hard-earned money on. You get no real technical support and, while some moderators in the community are helpful, some are just sarcastic. The fact that the name of my purchased software does not even fit the products listed attests to the unprofessionalism of this company. They refused to give a refund within 10 minutes of me purchasing this program. They market it as "movie studio platinum" and know full well that consumers will think they are purchasing Vegas, only to receive a nightmare program with constant glitches and the propensity to just die with no warning. I'm a business owner and would never put something like this on the market because I actually value and appreciate my customers. Magix should just be ashamed. It's a shameful way to do business and this company must have no pride and only care about taking other people's money for junk.
