The 2 new plugins are only available if you have purchased the latest version of the product, if you have upgraded from a previous version they are not included in the upgrade.

When I bought the program a few months ago, there was a promise that all updates would be free for a year. And as the plugins are not free, why include more than 2gb of downloads in an update if I can not use the programs?

You get new plugins with every new purchase.

It was never promised that new plugins from third party developers like motion studios, newblue or hitfilm are free.

Updates are 365 days for free as promised.
