Where is my JOG WHEEL and SHUTTLE CONTROL?

I have installed MEP 2016 plus for widows 10 and find that the transport control panel does not have the jog wheel or the shuttle control. Am I not pushing the proper buttons or have they left this out of the new version?

Hi,

Open the Preview monitor menu. Jogwheel is listed there;it is off by default for some strange reason.
