where's my serial number.

Hello

I purchased Photo Story Deluxe which came in the mail in a wallet. The help pages say the serial number is on the box - I haven't got one. I tried several times to enter my voucher code but it didn't seem to work. I got an email; Welcome to Magix but, as far as I could see no serial number, without which I cannot activate the program. I clicked on a link to report problems but got an email back saying my email could not be delivered. I've tried to report my difficulties but can't discover how to email an actual person. This, based on my experience so far, is a dreadfully difficult company to deal with. I wish I bought something else.

To follow up I was sent an email saying that my voucher code had not been used and directed to the redeem link. When I did so it said 404 PAGE NOT FOUND. I came back to the forum and found the link but only for my voucher code, carefully checked, to be rejected as it was invalid/already used. Words fail me.

I understand your frustration!

I think your only option is to email again to infoservice@magix.net and explain exactly what you have tried and what happened. You might also want to refer them to this thread.
