Hi Greg,

I can do that, no problem. I can even download it. It's not noted as an update, looks like the entire program. I have yet to install it.

Hi Greg,

What is in your account is likely the main download that you already have installed. You are just missing the patch.

In your account, under Video Pro X, click on "Show more details" and you will see Update Guarantee Until and then the date. Mine is 05/08/2018. Is yours still valid?

I just opened my desktop and under Help, Update online, it came up with patch 211. They may be rolling the patch out by region or last name. Try again tomorrow, assuming that you're plan is still valid.

I think the update Guarantee Until... and the whole process has changed. I'm expired. I'm in the middle of a series of edits for the local public school system, and I put off the advertisement that popped up when you start the program. Today, it may be too late. So far I have purchased:

Movie Edit Pro 2014 Premium

Video Pro X6

Music Maker Soundtrack Edition

Music Maker 2014 Premium

Music Studio 2

Movie Edit Pro 2015 Premium

Music Maker 2015 Premium

Music Studio 2015

Video Pro X7

Music Maker Movie Score Edition

Video Pro X

Video Sound Cleaning Lab

Do you think I'm going to have to purchase another Video Pro X to get further updates?

I hope not.

Just found out the upgrade offer is still available for another day and a half. Bingo. $149.00

Now I hope it resolves my issues and not cause others. (My transitions between tracks blink white once they complete, only on DVD's, not in a MP4, or Blu-Ray).

Hi Greg,

Good luck with your projects. It seems that 211 fixed a bunch of problems that I was having over the last few days.

You are missing Xara Photo&Graphics Designer which integrates nicely with VPX. It is on sale but you can get it and a lot more for 20$ at Humble Bundle. I have listed more than once some of the many things that can be done with Xara and VPX, but I use it for a lot more. Actually, I have the fully-blown Xara Designer Pro X that include P&GD and Page & Layout, and Web Design Premium.

I wanted a couple of things on the list but got some items that I can give away. Only 20$ (if you're cheap or semi-retired like me).
