What did you get with Movie Edit Pro? Music Maker? Music Studio?

What exactly was the package from Catooh?

Do a search in this forum for Catooh and you will likely find many comments, including mine as to how and where to put files.

Here is where I put mine to correspond to where Magix puts soundpools:

C:\Users\Public\Documents\MAGIX\Common

C:\Users\Public\Documents\MAGIX\Common\Soundpools

C:\Users\Public\Documents\MAGIX\Common\Videos

Here are the subfolders under Soundpools:

• +1.000 Sounds                       
• +1.000 Sounds_2014                  
• +1.000 Sounds_2015                  
• Basics_19                           
• Basics_19ms                         
• Basics_20                           
• Basics_21                           
• Best of Soundpool Collection Vol. 1

Magix also puts many files under:

C:\ProgramData\MAGIX\Movie Edit Pro 2015 Premium

but I suggest that you tread cautiously in this area until you know what you are doing.

Then in MEP Media Pool I create links to these. I know what is there so you should also review what you have for future use.

Since you are new to MEP, did you download and install all of the Free Addons that you will find under Help in the menu at the top of the screen in MEP? If not, then do so.

Also, make sure that you update to the latest patch - also under Help, Online Update.

Also, I suggest that you read the first part of the manual, especially the Quick Start chapter to better understand the program. This will save you a lot of headache and time.
