Why am I not able to create my Catooh account, despite putting in a valid email address?

Howdy all. I recently purchased Magix Movie Edit Pro 2013 Premium, and with it, I got many great features. After discovering Catooh, I really wanted to purchase a template that was available on the website (namely a "Stamp" animation where in you can place whatever text you want in underneath it).

The problem is, whilst registering and filling in all the details to make an account...it just brings me to the homepage. Trying to find my original account (if any) also proves difficult, as when I come to put my email address in to regain my password it simply states: "Please use a valid email address".

I do use a common email account, hotmail.co.uk, so I can't see why there would be an issue. Is the website/ software not functioning anymore or something?

What web browser are you using?

Both on the browser that pops up on Movie Edit Pro and Internet Explorer have the same issues.

A possible cause is that you have cookies disabled in Internet Explorer or your antivirus is blocking cookies.

Also try using Firefox.

Knowing what Antivirus you have and the Internet Explorer version would help.
