Why are left and right 3D video out of synch?

I am using Edit Pro 2013 Plus version 12.0.0.32 (UDC2) to edit 3D video. I have fed it stereo AVI video from "Stereo Movie Maker" and raw AVI files from my Fuji W3 camera, and in both cases the video is in perfect sych (left and right images are on the same frame) in the program, but the exported MP4 plays out of synch (by about one frame) on my LG TV.

Hi

. . . . Edit Pro 2013 Plus version 12.0.0.32 (UDC2) . . . .

You MEP is not patched to the latest version 12.0.3.4 - update the program to see if this fixes the problem.

What options are you selecting for the mp4 export?

On the TV - without using the glasses - do you see a left and right image?

John

I uploaded to 12.0.3.4 and still the same problem. I notice that when I pause playback on the TV that the lagging side (I'm not sure which side, left or right is lagging) catches up and the paused frames are in synch.

The format I export to is MPEG4 with half height over and under layout. It is set for 1920 x 1080, the same as the TV. I have tried experimenting with other formats but so far no luck. I will report back when I have some solid data to report. This is frustrating because I bought this computer for this software and one other program (to do pretty much the same thing).
