I had my PC reformated, tried to reistall my movie edit pro 2013 premium US. The P2 registration code, order #, and date of purchase, along with my full name and full address is on the face of Magixs CD Backup disk. Yet, when I tried to install and reinstall the complete program twice. I get this un-forgiving trial program, in trial and out of trial run time? I was always told to have a back up disc for all my programs. I do and I does. Magix tech support asked me to do what i'm doing here now. iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiIf it's not technical,  and it may not be software. Then WHAT is it???

Note: it says above this text "NO SUCH QUESTION LIKE THIS HAS EVER BEEN ASKED" I'm holding out help, ANY ONE!  Thank You   Dan...............

IP address controled by my server, and Time Warner, they change it offen for my secuity, it's part of there service they offer!, if this is an issue?

I'm not clear from your post but since you apparently have the registration code for the product, did you try to enter it on the screen that appeared?  If so, what happened?  Was it rejected?  Has your email address changed since you first installed and registered the program?

Several times over a number of years and versions of the product I have had to reinstall and re-register MAGIX programs, always without problem.

So, perhaps more step-by-step details of exactly what you are doing and what you see on screen, please!

Jeff

Sorry, was your additional post of June 4 intended as a reply to my questions?  If so, I don't understand it!

I have to confess I have never heard of/have no experience of "OEM Magix CD Backup".  I assume you bought this as a manufacturer-supplied back-up of your downloaded program?
