Have you tried typing F9 on the keyboard ?

or.. in "window" menu select "program monitor"

Hi

Try resetting te program settings to default - File, Settings, Reset program settings to default.

If that fails try changing the Video mode setting in the Program setting, Display options tab, Preview in arranger section
