Which version number of Movie Edit Pro are you using, see under Help, About MAGIX Movie Edit Pro?
The use of Chroma key on an image or video on track 1 of the timeline as shown in your images is unusual, what is the purpose of Chroma key and Gamma effects applied to the MPG video file?
A screenshot, or exported frame as image file, of the MPG file without the effects applied may help.

Hello John, thank you for your feedback on my comment, appreciate it.
By using various chroma key filters, I try to darken very bright areas of the subject in my video.
i tried to do some example of how it looks and very strange today soft working perfectly.

In 2014 i did analyses of my video by using MAGIX, many years passed and wont to reanalyze same video, but i forgot settings which was at that time. The frame from video was like this .... ...
And now with a new version i can't find appropriate settings ......
I tried using transparency. The difficulty arose in that the entire image becomes dark, depending on the transparency percentage, of course. Anyway, I'll go through the video using the technique you suggested.
Thanks Ray.
I achieved this result by running the image through an additional online image editor program.
If the video clip 3 posts above , is the newer version it is still showing you are using Movie Edit Pro, in which case this must be MEP 2021 or earlier.
What is the version number of the 'newer version' as found under Help, About, we just need the 4 sets of digits?
Can you clarify what you are trying to do, the title of the video clip is 'trying to punch through' however previously you commented - I try to darken very bright areas of the subject in my video.

I love MAGIX, working with it on my videos from the start. I buy MAGIX (it;s bad old version can work on windows 10) .
Trying to clarify , i do video of the unidentified objects in day light sky filmed through the monoscope. When the object appeared to be brightened by the sun over not changed background of the sky, sometimes its a good moment to pierce through the layers of the object to look what inside it hides. Through the time i found techinc with is by applying different filters , its possible look inside of the object. And yes as a CubeAce said some of the features from the old version (which was very useful) disappeared in the new version.
. . . . I just didn't see it in the first posted video from badbob . . . .
If you are referring to the HDR gamma controls, they are not there in the video clips badbob posted.
HDR Gamma and HDR blur are only available in the Plus and Premium editions of MAGIX Movie Edit Pro and were first introduced in the 2014 (v13.x.x.x.) Plus and Premium editions.
There is still some confusion over which version of MEP badbob is using.
From the disc images it looks like the latest version badbob has is MEP 2018 v17.0.2.xxx, and it is not the Plus or Premium edition.
@badbob can you please confirm the full name and version number as found under Help, About
