Why does audio and video export off time?

I have Movie Edit Pro 2014 Premium. All of a sudden all my videos export with the video and audio off time with one another. They are 100% on time in the work area. Any ideas? Thanks.

We need more information:

Computer specification, type of video and audio files in the project, the format you are exporting to and the settings used, if to disc, the make / type of discs you are using and a copy of the error log would also help.
