Why is my output video very small?

I have a 3D video of a rotating moon that used to save as a full frame image. Now it saves as a tiny image with a huge black surround. Did I accidentally change sme setting?

- Export settings used

image resolution. Was in an older computer? My older video files used to be normal size. Now, when I open them, they are tiny and have very bad images.
