Why is my software stuck on File 4028 or 4031 is being analyzed

After installing MP3 Maker, I clicked on Import iTunes Library. After scrolling through all the files it seems to be stuck on the above. It's been over an hour, and nothing has changed on the screen. Can anyone help! I've never used this type of software
