Why my Magix (2014) runs properly and the other(Premium 2013) does'nt?

I have installed two Magix Music Maker Programs. The 2014 Version runs the Repair Program properly, The 2013 Premium stops in stage 2 and asks for Text to speech runtime. Why one Program works properly with my settings and one does'nt?

You do not say which version of Windows you are using.

Try un-installing MEP 2013 then run the Magix cleanup tool available here on the MEP 2013 installation, then re-install MEP 2013.
