HI. j-v answered my original query. I am not able to reply to the answer from that email address, so am re-posting on this address. j-v I have followed your instructions but is when I select step 3 that I get the error message.

Looking at your post on the Vegas forum you mention "Movie Maker". Perhaps it might help if you clarify exactly what software you are using.

I am using Vegas Movie Studio 16.0 Platignum. I have been using it for ages with no problem. This has only ocurred recently. Just to recap it saved in .mov OK
