I've found that, if MEP 2021 is open and I leave my computer, the screen never goes blank. If MEP isn't open, the screen goes off as per my power setting (after 15 minutes).
Anybody else noticed the same, or have any suggestions to fix?

Try Settings, Power and sleep, Additional power settings, choose or customise a power plan and open one.
I choose Ultimate Performance under the Change plan settings and then press Change advanced power settings.
That should bring up the following box where you can change anything that can be changed. Bear in mind changing your monitor sleep setting may turn off your screen when you don't want it to happen. I have never been bothered as I just turn each monitor off.

Personally, if it were me with a graphics card I knew was below par I would remove the program from that setting all together.
