What icon? Where did the installer come from? Was SF installed successfully?? When SF is initially opened, it should ask you to enter your serial code and email address. If is was previously registered, you must use the original email address that was used then.

btw, this a user-to-user forum and no one here is a Magix employee.

1. That Icon is for the sound forge Icon on screen, clicked to open the program to edit my audio data.

 2. I had installed from my sound forge audio studio disk that I purchased from amazon. its work real good up until window 10 updated by itself.  yes, you are right after I filled up the serial code and email address and click FINISH, few sec later, final question window pops up( which dose not appear this window why?) and ask 12 authentification code number. I waiting for the final window list 10Min but never appears so can not type the Authentification code, this is the my PROBLEMS.   The problems that I have is the Window 10  I guess, need your opinion.

3.Yes I do have a only one email address that I use every day, list over 30years.

This sounds like the SF-10 'Elevated Privilege' issue @SangH-Won, which is somewhat common after 'some' Win 10 updates. This 'Elevated Privilege' problem can be fixed by a registry tweak or running SF-10 as an administrator.,,
Running SF as an administrator is the safest and easiest fix. Right-click SF's <.exe> or launch shortcut and select 'Properties', then choose the 'Compatibility' tab,. Check-mark "Run this program as administrator" .
