I assume you are using Movie Edit Pro? If so, on the burn screen look at the box at the top of that screen and find the dropdown "Image Recorder" option. Once the .iso file is created you will need a burning program that can use .iso files to burn your DVD.
Thank you Jeff for your rapid reply. My Computer is a Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit OS PC, running a i7 9700K CPU ' 3.60GHz with a RAM of 32GB using an NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1660 Ti Card with Realtek Audio Card.
I am running Movie Edit Pro Premium, but I cannot see any drop down Menu that you refer to on the "Burn Page" all I get is shown on the attached .png's

To access the Image Recorder, in your first screenshot above, next to your Burner list, see the dropdown arrow at the right hand end of the burner's name. Click on it and Image Recorder will be visible and available.
