Use sales@magix.net to contact Magix and ask for help. They should give you instructions but before you do that check your version in the Help section of MS18 as my copy of MEP 2022 comes up as Movie Edit Pro Plus in any of my directories but is in fact Movie Edit Pro Premium. I have no idea how or why this occurred but I have the correct version installed and all subsequent updates remained correct.
