I have Magix MovieEdit Pro 17 Ver 10.0.0.0 (C1). It is a registered product. When i try to patch from in program or download directly from MAGIX it says its the wrong language pack.  How can i patch then ?

The program has matching serial names as registered, win 8.1 running program in Win7 compat mode.

The download page is "https://support2.magix.com/customer/en/patch/video-deluxe-17-18?p=9998"

and the file is "patch_video_dlx_17_10.0.12.2_int"

Again my program is pro but the patch looks like DELUXE..... any ideas ?

Hi!

"Video deluxe" is the name of the software in a number of Countries, "Movie Edit Pro" is the English name.

You should try to install the patch directly out of the software: Menu "Help" -> "Update online".

win 8.1 running program in Win7 compat mode.

This is a bad idea as Movie Edit Pro 17 is not designed for Win 8.1, so you will experience other problems and should buy a later version of Movie Edit Pro.

Regards,

Markus
