WRONG VERSION

On 16 July 2025, I paid into your account the amount of 59.99 € to purchase the Upgrade MAGIX Video deluxe 2025 Ultimate as per attached Invoice No. Removed by Moderator and Receipt No Removed by Moderator. I downloaded the exec file and after installation of the program, to my great surprise and disappointment, I realized that what I downloaded was the Premium Version, not the Ultimate version. Please advise me on how to uninstall the premium version and replace it with the Ultimate version, as I am entitled to."

The forum is a public forum, not magix Support.

You should not post order/account numbers, or any other confidential information in the forum.

The installation of the program is in 3 parts. The first part is a download manager, the second part the 'base' program, after activation you need to download all the Extra Content, see under Help, and in the Effects and Templates tabs you may also find further downloads.

These should then bring the base program up to the edition you purchased.

Hi,

In the email that you received with the activation code, there are probably other things to download. Check that email to the bottom. As far as I know, there is no version of Video Deluxe called "Ultimate". Ultimate means that you get "Premium" plus other third party plugins and programs to install.

Also, are you sure that you got 2025 and not 2026? There was no Video Deluxe 2025 as the name was changed from Movie Studio to Video Deluxe for 2026.
