I've been fiddling with this one on and off for a few weeks now, and am still ambivalent about it.  That is, in two minds, undecided and such.  It has nothing to do with the use of this word in mental health diagnosis with regards to a recognisable attitude that can accompany some  forms of schizophrenia.  Only discovered that connection when I checked out the spelling online.
