Definitely a new direction for you and I must say, one that is well taken. Loved the overall beat and melody. Could use a little variation over the melody like a lead guitar or synth track which would generate more variety while keeping that delicious back beat in our faces. My opinion only, we all have different tastes.

Agreed that a lead guitar solo or other instrumental solo would break the monotony of the music, but it is a wonderful piece nevertheless.
