there's way too much overmodulation here...

...and this track also lacks some structure.

start to listen and comment here, try to listen analytically.

Liked the idea. I agree with smartsmurf, volume needs to be backed off a bit.

Have to say I loved the arrangement.

Keep it up and check out other stuff here, lots of very good songs that you can learn from.
