I like this alot... really nice build up of your track... and indeed... no copyright infringements here...

Some things you still could change (improve?). That sudden change at 1:29 could be introduced with some of that fade-in/fade-out fx. You could also connect this part with the main-part somehow... showing that we're still in the same track... And you don't necessarily have to fade out at the end... there a many fx in your sample library.

As I wrote before... these are only my ideas while listening to your track... so of course you don't have to change anything...
