Title: Myths of the Desert
Artists: Travis Johnson
Album: Myths of the Desert

All original, composed with synth. This is not part of my concept album project.

I'm sorry I have not done anything in a while. I have been busy, but I will try listen to songs people have sent me as soon as possible, and also upload more of my own music.

Anyway, when I finished this song, it reminded me of the Arizona desert. It is a harsh environment, but many people do not know that it can also be very beautiful. So that is why this is called "Myths of the Desert". It is a misunderstood place.

Thanks for listening! The picture is from google. It is an area called "Monument Valley" in Arizona.

Very nice composition, with a style the reminds me the Rock Progressive.

There are many themes that move themselves in the music with changes of rhythm and time.

Believe me. You are a very talented composer.

An original design, but some FX are not really belong here in this country style. Of course, this is a way of perceiving, which is mine.

Well Travis, who better than I would know how cruel and how kind the desert can be...infact there is a plan for Wadi Bashing tomorrow and the best part is having a Shisha after the little Expedition

Wonderful track as always... I guess you are going through a new phase of personal development with regards to your musical ideas...have you off lately started quite a few and rejected / put them as pending projects, if yes, congratulations! as self critique is one rare ability that one can have.

Great great music !!! ciao da sandro

Sandro Glavina is an italian composer, named L'Uomo e L'Ombra. The choice of the name derives from the title of the album "L'uomo e l'ombra" of the band "Abstract Music Nuova Esistenza", an experimental group founded by Sandro Glavina together with his friends in the mid-70s.

In the period 2009-2022, L'Uomo e L'Ombra has done 84 albums. The compositions of Sandro Glavina are partly influenced by progressive rock. Sandro has developed a personal style with many experimentations and actualizations. He offers music beyond borders by intertwining different styles in crossover with each other. Prog, psychedelia, classical, post-rock, jazz, pop are some of the influences that dissolve in ambient atmospheres, citations of contemporary music and minimalist nuances. Sandro Glavina aka L'Uomo e L'Ombra plays the music using VSTI synthesizers, keyboards and adds some loops. Sandro isn't a professional musician, composes and plays music just for fun, but his works reach a good outcome, pleasant to listen. L'UOMO E L'OMBRA

Oh... this music is so much YOURS!! So typical... I like it...

and I like the environment too... I always drew these towers when I was a child.

Later in live I got to know that those mountains are real....

There is beauty in the harsh land...

Love it.
