"Oceanic Dream!"  This ambient song is the second entry of the Album entitled "Much Appreciated."  This is the second song I have written to honor a member of this forum who has supported and followed me on my journey here.  This song is submitted in honor of:  FRANCO GALATEO.  Franco has been a supporter of mine since way back.  His music has inspired me as it draws on the listener's imagination and takes them on a journey of sorts...from going through the mind's eye, to outer space, through water, and through the deserts.  Franco, I appreciate your taking the time to listen to all my music, and comment on it.  I appreciate your support of it even if it's something that you are not fond of.

There are more songs coming folks.  I am releasing them in no special order.  Griff's was released first because Jazz is my genre of profession.  I am more familiar with some genres and styles of music than others, and it may take a little time to put something together for some of you.  But please be patient and keep watching for new releases of music to honor YOU!

Franco, I present in honor of you, "Oceanic Dream."  Enjoy!!!

Hello Brenda,

I am deeply impressed with how you manage to fit the styles of the members that you want to thank.

This track is, like the previous one, a wonderfully played and really relaxing piece of music. Love it.

Thinking about the music that Franco creates, it is a perfect mixture of your style with the great ambience sounds which he creates.

Thank YOU for this track!

Best regards, Norbert

Wow Brenda,

I didn't realise you were going to tailor each song to the style of the person you are dedicating it to.  That's like a double layer thank you.  All the more humbling too, when from my perspective, it is already you doing us the favour by contributing here, for our edification and inspiration.

As someone already in awe of your prodigious talent, to discover that you can adapt your stylistic renditions to echo different genres just drops my jaw lower than it already is.  That's likely to exaggerate my dribbling, so I'm now wearing a bib.  It goes without saying that this is another gorgeously written and performed offering.  We've come to expect nothing less, given your extemetly high standards.  You've somehow managed to keep your mellow jazz vibe whilst bringing subtle ambient touches into the mix.  So chilled it's frosty, yet still leaves a warm glow.  Simply lovely.

Thank you so much for commencing on this venture, so richly rewarding for the listener.
Cheers,
Nick

I answer without having yet heard the song, because your words and dedication impressed me to the heart, my appreciation and graditudine to you are immense, especially because you come from very far away from my musical horizons, but the music is not boundaries of country, race and religion, but music is only makes the dream and have fun. Perhaps I can make you dream, you definitely much more professional you do appreciate a style that for years was not understood as jazz.
Now after listening to your track I almost feel helpless and speechless, because very simply, but with equal professionalism you managed to create
a track where ambient and jazz are fused only to give strong feelings.
I bow to a true musician and I thank you for this dedication, which is very important for mè

Hi Brenda:

If anyone is deserving of this musical honor, it is certainly Franco.  I too, have grown to really appreciate the undulating purity and deep-thought compositions from him.  When one sits back and listens to his arrangements, you can't help but feel that you have gone on a celestial and cosmic musical journey.

This composition, in its own right, stands on legs all its own.  The caressing of the keys, accompanied by the low-sweeping pads is a thing of beauty.

Definitely a song to remember -- most fondly...  Wonderful tribute, Brenda.

Hi Brenda,

What a gorgeous piece of music! I'm trying to write something as I' m listening to this but I  keep having to stop as I find myself getting pulled deeper and deeper into the song. Everthing is perfect, the soft pads, the cool bass line, the laid back drums and then of course the beautiful melody played so lovingly on the keyboards.

Your arrangement is spectacular, this is my thrid time listening as I try to write this, and definitely showcases a softer side while still infused with that wonderful jazz vibe we all associate you with.

OK, fourth time listening - into my fav's after this!

Truly excellent piece Brenda.

Best Regards,

Stu
