I hate to go backwards, but this solution has not actually worked. It just comes back over and over, making the app unusable. Any other ideas.

Thanks, guys. Another problem, when I mouse over the timeline, half of the thumbs are blacked out except for the selected one and the next moused over one (see the screen shot)
