  I now use an iphone 15 photos and they have an extension ".HEIC." HEIC does not seem to work in Photostory. It loads into photostory but doesn't open the files. Is there an update to Photostory or another fix for this?

  Not getting support only getting Ai
  I have always used Photostory But Now I can't use my Photostory 2025 I am not getting any personal help only AI when I ask questions . I had to get windows 11 and a New computer so My old Photo story couldn't so on it , so I purchased Photostory

  RE: I've been using photostory for some time but now have hit bugs.
  Before never had this problem with the same PC (and Photostory Deluxe 2024). Even bigger projects.
