  Resolved. Seems I missed deleting the program data stuff as per the instructions. This has made the application start as expected

  @patrick-miossec Hi, If you are trying to enter the code in the box that has "P" beside it, that is not for the trial. Click below on the part that says "Démarrer... " and follow the instructions. John CB

  Video Display/Audio in Video Deluxe 2026
  After importing a video a black screen is displayed but the audio plays, I have changed the hardware acceleration to CPU as instructed but it still has the same outcome. What am I doing wrong?

  Je précise que le message d'erreur fait état d'informations sur l'origine du problème sauvegardées, mais si l'on redémarre le programme, on retombe sur le même message, donc je n'ai pas réussi à obtenir les instructions pour envoyer ces informations.
