  @kraljevic Check the order confirmation email for serial numbers and then add the serial numbers in the iZotope product portal by clicking on the barcode icon with the small plus symbol in the top right corner.

  @Strictly-East Please copy and paste the crash reports from the Windows Reliability Monitor. Maybe this problem is driver related. Press the Windows key and R on your computer keyboard. This opens the Run window. Type perfmon /rel and press Enter.

  Just started it up again, the old screen with 1403 left vanished. Now saying enter characters (max 10,000) the old prompt to get more is no longer thereI do want to make a couple audio clips using another version I created a trial version last night
