To solve the problem, please delete the file Videodeluxe.ini or Video_Pro_x.ini:

  • C:\ProgramData\MAGIX\Videodeluxe22
  • C:\ProgramData\MAGIX\Videodeluxe22_plus
  • C:\ProgramData\MAGIX\Videodeluxe22_premium
  • C:\ProgramData\MAGIX\Videodeluxe23
  • C:\ProgramData\MAGIX\Videodeluxe23_plus
  • C:\ProgramData\MAGIX\Videodeluxe23_premium
  • C:\ProgramData\MAGIX\Videodeluxe24
  • C:\ProgramData\MAGIX\Videodeluxe24_plus
  • C:\ProgramData\MAGIX\Videodeluxe24_premium
  • C:\ProgramData\MAGIX\Videodeluxe25
  • C:\ProgramData\MAGIX\Videodeluxe25_plus
  • C:\ProgramData\MAGIX\Videodeluxe25_premium
  • C:\ProgramData\MAGIX\Video_Pro_X7
  • C:\ProgramData\MAGIX\Video_Pro_X8
  • C:\ProgramData\MAGIX\Video_Pro_X9
  • C:\ProgramData\MAGIX\Video_Pro_X10
  • C:\ProgramData\MAGIX\Video_Pro_X11

If you do not see the "ProgramData" folder, you must first have the hidden folders displayed.

  • Go to "Folder Options" in the Control Panel and set the option "Show all files and folders" under "View" under "Hidden files and folders".
  • If you do not see the ".ini" file extension, you must show known file extensions. Windows hides them by default. Under "View" you will also find the option "Hide extensions for known file types". Deactivate this function to display all file extensions.

Then restart the program and check whether the 3D titles can now be imported. If the 3D titles still cannot be imported, uninstall the program, delete the ini file and reinstall the program.
