In addition to hardware acceleration, some systems also let you use the graphics card for AVC export.

To do this, follow these steps:

• Go to "Make Movie..." > "Save it to my hard drive".
• Select "MP4" and then click "Advanced options...".
• Now, under "Sony AVC" select the quality you want to use and then click "Customize Template".
• Set the encoding mode to "Render using GPU if available".
