If the screen capture feature is only recording part of your screen, this could be because of a scaling issue.

• Open the program installation folder.
• Right-click the file "videodeluxe.exe" or "video_pro_x.exe" and select "Compatibility" in the context menu.
• Place a check mark next to "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings".

Note: the program interface will appear very small on high-resolution screens with this setting.
