Hi friends because of my age i always tend to forget things and i am really confused by Magix,Independence .Samplitude and Music maker ,Music studio etc.The site of independence is very confusing and the free library download is also corrupt.At one place it also says not available in your country. So please excuse me for asking the same question again.

How to shift instruments to another drive from samplitude 2016
Hi this worked for some days but after the updates of either widows or MAGIX patch everything went wrong again so i did a fresh install of the SMS2016 and in custom thing i sent vst to E drive and said no to C drive in a message before installing VTs from the first window as attached Now it is ok

Have you installed The 64Bit Version, only 64 bist SMS. In Samplitude Workshop 32 bist and 64Bit plugins Yes I have 64 bits version of SMS2016

SMS2016 stops working when i press stop button on the recording panel
Hi I got the answer. Since I am used to other DAWs i have a habit of pressing stop button few times to get it to zero position. In this DAW if i press second time then i get this stalling of the DAW. This stop button should not have susch a sensitive application.It should only be programmed for stopping

Hi Defer to John CB post on the internal method. Exporting to a suitable audio format is another option. Are you a new user to Music Studio and music creation / editting software in general? If so I would advise you to read the installed PDF manual thoroughly to familiarise yourself with the functions of the program and look in the Tutorials section of the forum and the Internet for Music Maker or Music Studio tutorials. John EB Dear John No i am used to atleast two good DAWs including studio one 3 professional but this DAW is really difficult for me as you can see the language is far different than what i am used to.The instruments are really the best and that is why i have purchased it Any way i have freezed the track and it is ok now.I greatful to you.

How to cut and moverecorded midi and audio part of the tracks further to right
Hi Got it. The learning curve is steep. Splitting and selecting the part of the channal and moving with arrow tool solves this. The arrow tool appears in the lower half of the recorded part of the channal.
