Dear Magix Community,
Dance you fools!
No, I am not disrespectful – I'm just telling you the name of the newest track which Martin and I finished within our collaboration.
And the name is not coming by surprise. I wanted to create some track into the direction of dance, trap and techno which brings heads to moving, feet to tapping, where one could dance to and which suits rapped lyrics pretty well.
And I wanted to do it by Midi instruments. Pure Midi.
This I did - four drum tracks, ten synth / bass tracks and two vocal tracks add to a total of 16 used tracks.
I had some ideas concerning the „story“ in the back of my head.
So, after quite some work the track stood in it's raw version and Martin had a listen, liked it and came up with these killer verses (of which the first is pure gold in my eyes – vocal development in conjunction with track development – and the second is nothing less).
I put in the lyrics, added an „interlude“ section and some extension towards the end, played a lot with EQ settings and stereo fields and now the track stands at 5:32mins.
The track is competition stereo subwoofer proved (1500W enough?) and Martin and I can only repeat the track name: Dance you fools!
Have fun and enjoy. Pump up the volume – the audio might be too quiet by nature (but only in it's MP3 format, WAV is perfect) but I experienced some audio interferences when trying to bring loudness up further – whyever.
All of you have got a volume adjuster, so push it up!
