Activation issues

Hello. I installed the software using one email address, but then it asked me to login to Magix where I had an existing account using another email address. All worked fine still. However, when I now try to install included add-ons, it gives error 24, that the product is already registered using a different email address. To resolve, I have so far:

1. Searched for error 24 and found https://www.magix.info/us/support/article/how-to-solve-error-code-24--2/ Here it says login using your active email address and "adjust the data". I tried but cannot figure what data to adjust.

2. I thought about deactivating the product and retrying using a single email address. Deactivation succeeded from the website, however, it still shows "Deactivate program..." in the software menu. When I do that, it gives me error 19.

3. Error 19 yields to this: https://www.magix.info/us/support/article/error-code-19--55/ Which is asking to reinstall the program after fully clearing it.

Is there a way to fix this? Or would I need to spend an hour trying to change an email address??
