error code "-19"

Error code -19 means that your e-mail address was changed after the program activation on our homepage www.magix.com and now no longer matches the e-mail address at which the program is activated on your computer.

The following steps will solve the problem:

  1. Uninstall your software.
  2. Delete the directory C:\ProgramData\MAGIX\[program name].
  3. Install the software again. 
  4. Please perform Prrogram activation again. 
  5. Enter your new e-mail address. 

If you do not see the "ProgramData" folder or the "Application data" folder, you must display the "hidden folders".
To do this, go to "Folder options" in the Control Panel and set the option "Show all files and folders" under "View" under "Hidden files and folders".
