  Have downloaded Magix video de luxe 2026
  After having problems with Fortect anti virus my video de luxe 2026 will not open even although it seems to have downloaded properly. I an get an .exe file to download but it stalls. Windows 10 is operating system.

  registering old sony music studio 10
  i have the old registration for Sony Music Studio 10.0 but i can't use it to open the program. Magix just tells me that registration is in use. Would like to be able to open the program and use it

  @David-Rees Magix support was usually good until they were sold to new owners at the beginning of 2025. In summer 2025 they introduced their AI bot customer support and over the last three months they basically stopped answering support tickets.

  MPEG4
  I paid for the MPEG4 addition and it said it successfully loaded but I still cannot open MP4 videos in Magix Movie Studio Pro 14. Only get black screen. Any suggestions or ideas will be appreciated..

  @WhyB Sound Forge went from Magix to BorisFX at the beginning of April. Maybe check out the demo version of Sound Forge 2026. I assume that BorisFX will start to bugfix a lot of the old annoying bugs introduced over the last couple of versions.
