  @me_again Hi Andy. Assuming the CD's resolution is at best 640x480 and you have upscaled that to 1920 x 1080, I think that in itself would introduce problems with jaggies as well as moire. Maybe Al will have better insight to this when he comes

  @AAProds Hi Al I do not work with NTSC frame rate video, only PAL 25 and 50 and 120 fps and I see the RTX encoded PAL exports for the 50 fps and 120 fps source videos smooth exporting at 50 fps. Encoding on the RTX exporting to 25 fps for both 25
